All physical orders take 3-4 business days to pack and ship. In case of high volumes of orders, they will be shipped within 5-8 business days from when an order is placed.

For Domestic orders (within India), please allow 1-3 weeks. For International orders, please allow 4-6 weeks. It will most likely arrive before then, but in case of delays, please use the tracking number sent to your email/number or follow up with the shipping company.

Yes! Most of the time packages clear customs just fine, but in the event that this occurs, I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. This is the buyer's responsibility!

The postal service can take a while to ship out packages. Sometimes it just needs a little time for it to get to you. If it's been over a month for domestic orders and over 2 months for international orders please send me an email and I can help you sort it out.

If you are missing a part of your order, please email me and I will send it out to you! Since I am packing a lot of orders at once usually, there is a very small but rare chance that I will make a mistake. If you received something extra that you didn't order, it's a freebie, so feel free to keep it as a little present for yourself :)

The only countries I don't currently ship to are the UK/EU countries.

Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! While I don't ordinarily accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please contact me if there's any issues with your order: 'hello@thehappypost.com' and we can work something out.

I try my best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled! I usually use Kraft envelopes, mailers and glassine bags to pack my prints and stickers, which means it can all be recycled. I also reuse packaging material, and while that might not always look "brand new", I'm doing my bit to reduce our ecological footprint.

A preorder is an order that is sold before the item is available. It's also a good way to see how many people want them to gauge how many to order!

Depending on the kind of product, this might vary. Usually a pre-order period would last anywhere between 2 weeks to a month.

Depending on the item, it can take anywhere between a month to a few months to get the product manufactured and delivered to me! The estimated time on each preorder does not include sorting, packing, and shipping time.

Preorders items have a 5% discount. Once preorders are over, the regular price will be higher.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer cancellations of preorders, so please be sure of this commitment before making it! If you're unsure if you can wait three months, you also have the option to purchase it again when I have the actual products.
